Electric Car Charging – Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited on site. There are official car charging ports locally at Texaco, Padstow, PL28 8RW and Trevisker Garden Centre, PL28 8LD amongst others. It is a fire safety hazard to do so and could cause a breach of our terms of insurance; if you are found charging your car, you may be fined and asked to leave the holiday park.

Changing Your Booking – If you wish to amend your booking (including changing your dates, accommodation or pitch type), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A £10 administration fee will apply to each booking amendment.

Your Deposit & Cancellations – We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we’ll always do our best to help where possible. All deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date. If you need to cancel your stay more than 14 days before your arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your booking.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you let us know, the more options we may have available to assist you.

We are a family / couple site only

Dogs –  The site welcomes friendly dogs , they are to be kept on leads at all times unless being exercised in dog walking area. It is your responsibility to clean after them

Pitch Requests – We always do our very best to accommodate requests from guests wishing to be pitched next to family and friends. However, while we will make every effort to do so, we cannot guarantee that requests can always be fulfilled due to booking patterns, pitch availability and operational requirements.

No unaccompanied teenagers or single sex parties

Please refrain from any excessive noise after 11pm. Strictly no music after this time

Please stick to the 10mph speed limit

Behaviour – to act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, and other guests. We will not tolerate arguments that lead to heated exchanges on the park

Shower Block – Do not allow children to play in or around toilet blocks or the waste disposal areas

Cars – Maximum 1 car per pitch . If you bring more than 1 car there will be a charge of £3 per day

Insurance – Please ensure that your caravan / vehicle are adequateley insured. The park owners will accept no responsibility for any damage , loss, expense whilst on the park

BBQ’s are permitted but must be kept off the grass
