  • Walking to Padstow? Keen Walkers – turn right out of our lane walk for 3/4 mile to main road where you will find a public footpath which takes you into Padstow.

  • If you are looking for some time at the beach and taking in the splendour of the sea, then you have 7 bays within 3 miles so just take your pick including Trevone, Harlyn, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan. Glorious cliff walks join these bays. The majestic beauty of Carnewas & Bedruthan Steps really allows you to absorb the magnificent coastline, clifftops and sea stacks.

  • 7 minutes drive to Harlyn Bay Beach. This beach with its expanse of sand, pebbles and rock pools is great for families. Plenty of space and a lot to explore. Dogs are allowed all year round so it really is family friendly. It’s ideal for surfing for all abilities, with you being able to surf at all tides. Other activities such as kayaking and body boarding are also popular here. With wonderful walks all around the bay and along the coastal paths, with incredible views towards Pentire Head and Newquay, this beach really does have it all. Easily accessible and with plenty of all day parking available it’s definitely worth a trip.

  • If surfing is one of your passions then the fabulous Harlyn Bay Surf School is only 8mins away and slightly further afield, the famous Watergate Bay is approximately 20 minute drive away, also serving up some fabulous restaurants.
